A young man is going to sell his father’s house after his alcoholic father’s death. When the young man decides to sell the house, memories of his deceased father, both good and bad, come rushing back to him. From those memories, he will search for true forgiveness for his late father.

Memories For Sale is the project I completed during my second year at university, which involved creating a short illustrated book that retold an existing story based on a short animated film by Manuel Lopez.

The book explores the relationship between a father and son, with the son deciding to sell his father’s house following his father’s death from alcoholism. As he prepares to sell the house, he finds himself immersed in both loving and painful memories of his late father. Through this process, he seeks forgiveness for past grievances.
